We first began working with Welford Healthcare in March 2018, when we acquired Fairview Court and Fairview House, with Welford as the new tenant. The two homes share the same site yet provide for different types of care, Fairview House is a residential care setting, whilst Fairview Court is a nursing and dementia care home.
Impact is making progress on the construction of a new extension to link both Fairview Court and Fairview House together. The development adds a further net 10 additional bedrooms with en-suite wet rooms, whilst also remodelling the accommodation in Fairview House to enhance the environment for residents and improve efficiencies across the two homes.
