The Board of Impact Healthcare REIT plc (ticker: IHR), the real estate investment trust which gives investors exposure to a diversified portfolio of UK healthcare real estate assets, in particular care homes, today declared a dividend of 1.50 pence per ordinary share for the period from 1 April 2018 to 30 June 2018.
This dividend will be a Property Income Distribution (“PID”). The dividend will be paid on 7 September 2018 to shareholders on the register on 17 August 2018. The ex-dividend date will be 16 August 2018.
